We are giving away 12 free braces treatments each year to deserving individuals in the community. Every year. Why? Because it’s our gift that we can share with the world and we believe everyone should be able to have their best smile to share with the world, too.
While Dr. Chvatal has always given away free orthodontic care, in 2018 he decided to be more purposeful about it and started the Rey of Sunshine Program.
Why “Rey of Sunshine?’
Because Rey--Dr. Chvatal’s golden cream retriever-- brings sunshine to everyone she meets. She’s kind, gentle, and loves belly rubs from everyone, but especially new patients in the office. When you see her, you can’t help but to smile—and maybe even laugh a little, too. So, we named this great program after her.
We can’t have this program without you!
You can help by:
- Nominating someone you know who would be a great addition to this program
- Adopt a Rey dog in our office, complete with your own adoption certificate
- Grab a Rey of Sunshine bandana, sunglasses, or t-shirt for a small donation. 100% of every dollar goes straight to support the program.
- Spread the word to people you know to help us find great patients for Rey to share her love through this program.
We open nominations twice per year and when they are open, you can come here to nominate someone who is in need and can benefit from being one of our Rey of Sunshines!
