JAIDEN
ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT
Hi, I’m Jaiden and I look forward to helping as you change your life by changing your smile! I enjoy making people smile and feel more confident throughout their treatment. I encourage great oral hygiene and offer patient care including changing wires and colors, taking X-rays, and Invisalign® checks. It is rewarding to help the community by creating stronger and more confident people with new smiles. Having a great smile really impacts your life and that shows from a person’s first appointment to the last. I love being able to bond with each patient and am looking forward to getting to know you!
My wonderful fiancée Zach and I have two Rottweiler fur babies, Maverick and Marleigh. I love to take the pups for walks and cuddle on the couch with them. My hobbies include sand dollar searching, paddle boarding, and anything that involves family. I love taking photos and love music, too. Some things that make me smile: the color teal, tea, Smartfood popcorn, my Toyota Tacoma, and makeup.

ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT
Hello and welcome to Chvatal Orthodontics! I’m Marissa and I work in our clinic, where I help our patients during treatment. In addition to providing patient care, I work hard to keep our clinical flow smooth and also handle sterilization duties. I love interacting with patients and their families. We get to see everyone fairly frequently, and that gives us plenty of time to get to know one another. Many times, once a patient has finished treatment, we then get to see and care for their younger siblings, or their mom and dad decide they want to change their smile, too. It’s fun to get to know whole families like this!
I’m a native Oregonian, having grown up in Creswell, just a few miles south of Eugene. I enjoy film, sports, crafting, and my boys: Aaron, my sweet, musically talented, and hilarious boyfriend since 2012 and our Puggle, Nesta! He is my whole heart and has such a wonderful soul!

Hi! I’m Amy, Marketing Coordinator at Chvatal Orthodontics.
I’m passionate about helping people feel connected, informed, and excited about their orthodontic journey. I’m always looking for ways to make our story shine and bring smiles to people before they even walk through our doors!
Whether it's connecting with local families or creating memorable moments for our team and patients, I love being part of the magic that makes Chvatal Orthodontics so special.
Outside the office, I’m a big fan of Oregon summers—catch me on a floatie at the lake with an iced coffee, my kids, and best friends.
In winter, my husband, kids, and I enjoy playing pinball and cozying up with our cat, Albus, and watching a good movie.

My name is Tylor, I’m an assistant here! What makes me smile at work is getting to see everyone’s confidence boost when they finally get the smile they have always wanted.
What makes me smile at home is spending my free time being super active, I love the gym and creating fitness content/videos in my free time. If you really want to make me smile… some coffee and desserts are the way to my heart.

Hi, my name is Katie and I’m so excited to meet you! I work with an amazing team of people, where I get to help you navigate your orthodontic goals as Treatment Coordinator. Braces changed my life, and I want to help do the same for you! I love building new relationships while helping each patient achieve their perfect smile. I smile at work knowing I’m able to help patients become confident in their smiles!
When I’m not at the office, I love to be active (especially in the sunshine) whether I’m on a hi ke, bike ride, or at the gym. I have two rescue puppies, Millie and Gary. They’re amazing and make hikes even more exciting. I’m a huge soccer fan and started playing when I was 4 years old! Playing at the college level was always a goal of mine, and now as a retired college athlete, I look back at those memories as some of the best. I also love to travel and am always accepting recommendations! I can’t wait to meet you!

I love coming to work ready to hear about any fun trips planned, how school is going, and fun sports you may play! I enjoy the relationships and being able to check in with patients! I’m so excited to help boost your confidence as we reach goals towards your perfect smile! I love making patients feel comfortable and confident when they walk through the door.
When I’m not at work you can find me in the sunshine with m y husband and our dog Karma. We enjoy hiking, camping, and exploring all the Oregon outdoors has to offer!

Welcome to Chvatal Orthodontics! I’m Karly and I’ll be part of transforming your smile! I handle some light lab duties and sterilization, as well as provide chairside assistance during patient visits. I enjoy getting to know our patients, personally, and find it satisfying to play a role in transforming a person’s self-confidence by way of their smile! I’m here to help and always glad to answer your questions!
My husband, two children, and I relocated to Cottage Grove from California several years ago. We enjoy the outdoors and like to explore the local parks and trails with our two rescue pups, Lucy and Willow.

Welcome to Chvatal Orthodontics! I’m Heather and I’ll be one of the first people to greet you when you arrive. I schedule appointments, check into insurance, and go over paperwork. What’s most important, though, is making sure you and your family feel welcome. I love people and love getting to meet and talk with people all day!
I’m a newlywed and there is nothing more that I love than being a wife to my sweet hubs, Joe. I have a very sweet Min Pin name Tobi who I have been blessed to be the mom of for several years now. I love to cook, bake, hike, swim, work out, ride bikes, and go on adventures. As a family, we are always doing something: there’s never a dull moment in our household!

Hello and welcome! I’m Itzy and I handle a lot of the administrative side of Chvatal Orthodontics. I’m our Financial Coordinator, back-up Treatment Coordinator, take care of insurance billing, and all office management. Y Hablo español! I love the relationships I get to create with our patients, their families, and my coworkers, and absolutely love watching people’s confidence grow while their smile changes! I’m excited to meet and get to know you during treatment and to see your beautiful finished smile!

My name is Bridget, you'll find me managing the lab and creating our beautiful, custom, in-house aligners and retainers. I've been in the ortho field for over 4 years now and I am so lucky to have spent that time here at Chvatal Orthodontics! Every member is kind and helpful to one another and the friendly atmosphere puts our patients at ease. Best job ever!
The thing that makes me smile most at home is my beautiful daughter/ best friend Ryleigh, and our animals. On our days off, we like to sit back and enjoy each other's company. Sometimes you can even catch her in the lab with me, she sure loves coming to work with Mom on no school days!

Hi, I’m Kathy, the sterilization technician here at Chvatal Orthodontics. My role is to make sure all of our instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and organized so our team can provide the highest quality care to every patient.
What makes me smile at work is the teamwork and positive energy in our office. It’s such a great feeling to be part of a team that’s dedicated to creating a supportive, welcoming environment for both coworkers and patients. I’m truly honored to be part of this team.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, our daughters, our two cats, River and Bell, and our loyal dog, Bodhi. I enjoy being outdoors, walking, hiking, and taking in the beautiful sights. It’s the perfect way to recharge and always brings a smile to my face.

What makes me smile at home is my husband and my two boys. I'm learning how to get used to being an empty nester. We enjoy camping and many other adventures, family and friends. We love Hawaii and I love, love sea turtles!

Hi! I’m Rey, named after the heroine in “The Force Awakens” Star Wars movie. You’ll see me around the office every once in a while. I love greeting patients and hanging out at the office. You won’t find me far from Dr. Chvatal. I’m his shadow and he’s my best friend!
What makes me smile are naps, belly rubs, chasing squirrels and rabbits, biscuits and ear scratches. Come and say hi!

Hello! I’m Sam. I’ve worked in the dental field for more than 10 years. I have experience in both general dentistry and orthodontics, but orthodontics is where my heart is. Meeting new people in our community every day and working alongside some of the most wonderful people in the business, I count myself truly lucky that this is how I get to spend my week! Teeth are fascinating and, as Treatment Coordinator, I love getting to share my excitement with our patients.
When I’m not at the office, you can find me riding my bike, baking something delicious with one of my best friends Percy (my KitchenAid mixer), playing nerdy board games, hiking to waterfalls, or on some other adventure in our beautiful state. My husband Nathan and I have two young daughters, Jo and Wynnie, and a flock of chickens that all have silly names. I'll talk about my little family all day if you let me, they are my favorite people in the world!

Hi! I'm Erin, I will be one of the first faces you see when you come in! I help with scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and making sure everyone feels welcomed! My favorite part of the day is getting to talk, laugh, and smile with everyone that comes in! I’m new to Eugene and I am loving it! Working with this amazing group of people has been the highlight of my move!
For fun, I love exploring the beautiful scenic trails in our area, and eating some of the most delicious food that Eugene has to offer! I love a good book, cuddling with my two cats, and spending time with the people I love.

Hi, I’m Viviana! You will see my face among the rest of the amazing team to guide you to your picture-perfect smile. You will most likely see me chair side. I’m excited to meet everyone and to hear your stories. The things that make me smile at work are watching the process of the patients’ teeth move after their first visit and seeing how confident they’re becoming and of course fluffy Rey as well.
Things that make me smile at home are being greeted by my dogs and enjoying the beautiful hiking trails that Eugene offers.
