Dr. Chvatal

Dr. Brad A. Chvatal attended the University of Arizona before receiving his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree with high honors in 1997 from Oregon Health & Science University. He then served three years as captain in the United States Army as a forward-deployed general dentist in Ansbach, Germany.

Following his military service, Dr. Chvatal earned his Master of Science degree and a certificate in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. The American Association of Orthodontists recognized him nationally in 2002 for his research on facial growth.

Dr. Chvatal maintains active membership in the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, the Oregon Dental Association and the Lane County Dental Society. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics

He is an avid marathon runner and lives in a historic farmhouse in the town of Coburg with his wife, Erin, and two young children (soon to be 3).
